Merchandise Returns and Exchanges:

Notions may be returned for store credit or exchange within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt in the unopened package.

Books, patterns, fabric and opened software may not be returned.

Sewing machines and sergers may be exchanged within 5 days of purchase in original unopened box. Machines found to have a problem will be repaired or replaced. All machines must have original receipt.

All machines may be traded-up within 1 year of the purchase date. You will receive full credit off of the current retail price of the new machine with your dated receipt. If your machine is significantly less than 1 year old, you may qualify for a greater trade in value. If it is older than 1 year, we have “Blue Book” values.

In some instances a “re-stocking” fee will apply.

  Classes:

Cancellations & refunds:

Unless otherwise stated, all classes must have 3 paid students enrolled a minimum of 10 days prior to the first class in order for the class to be held. No space may be reserved without full payment of class fees.

A full refund will only be issued when a student drops out a minimum of 10 days prior to the first class or when we must cancel class due to insufficient enrollment. If you must cancel less than 10 days prior to the first class and IF we are able to fill your reservation, we will gladly refund your class fee. Students are responsible for books and/or kits, which have been acquired for them.

Please understand that at this point, your reservation has impacted any potential student who has been denied enrollment; it impacts students relying on you for minimum enrollment pending class cancellation; and it impacts the instructor who has prepared time and ordered materials to teach the class.

How do I get my supply list if I register for a class on-line?
When payment is received we will mail your supply list with confirmation of your registration in the class.
